Need a room for a meeting place, birthday party, shower or a gym to practice floor hockey, basketball or soccer in? Looking
for a place to run a karate, art or music class? Well, the centre is the place to come! We rent our gym and classrooms to
the public for just those reasons. It’s a great place to be and the prices are right. The centre is available for weddings
and large social functions after regular closing hours.
Private Rental Rates:
Gym: $25.00/hr Classroom: $15.00/hr
Community Based and Adult/Youth Instructional:
Gym: $17.00/hr Classroom: $12.00/hr

Youth Parties in Gym
Limit of 35 participants
There must be 1 chaperone per 7 youths, present in the gym at all times.
Booking
must bring their own stereo equipment for duration of party.
A list of names of all youths invited to the party must be
given to clerks at time of signing of booking. Only those on the list will be permitted entry.
Youth parties in the
Gym cannot exceed 4 hours (Setup and cleanup to be included in this time frame).
Youths are considered ages 12-16.
All bookings must come in person to sign rental application and read facility rules regulations in order to confirm
their spot. All birthday parties, baby showers, etc, in the rooms, require a $25.00 security deposit to be paid in advance.
All rentals must be booked through Center Clerks. Participants are not allowed into the rental area until person named
on rental agreement is present.
Social Functions in the Gym
All social functions in the gym require a $100.00 non refundable security deposit. Rental rate for social functions
is $300.00 without a bar or $375.00 with a bar. Social functions are any event over 4 hours and cannot exceed 8 hours.
Table/chair setup and take-down is provided by NWCA for social functions and is included in the price. All social functions
over 4 hours in the gym have a $100 non-refundable deposit. Payment must be made in cash 2 weeks prior to the event.Call

Instructional Functions/Gym
All non instructional functions in the gym are based on a rate of $25.00 per hour
and must not exceed 4 hours. (Setup and Cleanup to be included in the time frame). Non instructional functions
are birthday parties, showers, anniversaries, Christmas partiers, etc. Any social function that does not require more
than 4 hours to run.
