Who is Elderobics for?

Elderobics is an exercise program designed for older adults.
Participants are encouraged to exercise at their own pace.
What can I expect to do in
Elderobics?

The exercise sessions are led by qualified YMCA fitness instructors and set to lively music. Each session is made up of four parts:

Warm Up

Low Impact Aerobics

Muscular strength and endurance
-
Stretching and Relaxation

How much does Elderobics Cost?

There is an annual enhancement fee of $5.00 and the fee per class is $2.50
What Should I wear?

Dress comfortably in loose-fitting, light-weight clothing.

Wear good sneakers or shoes with non-slip soles that will absorb impact.
-
Bring a water bottle to drink from during class.
Elderobics is held Tuesdays and
Thursdays 9:30-10:30 am in the Gym
