Please note the following policies:

Program Cancellation Policy: Acceptance of a program registration by North Woodside Community Centre does not guarantee the program will operate. NWCC reserves the right to cancel any program or change class times/dates.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that all programs are non-refundable and receipts are issued only at time of registration. Refunds will only be issued for medical reasons accompanied with a medical slip or if program has been cancelled by NWCC where minimum participant number for program to run has not been reached.

Classes cancelled due to weather (storm conditions are severe and keeping the parking lot and sidewalks clear is impossible) a message will be left on the Centre’s answering machine 902-463-9276 and on Facebook page.

Cancelled classes will be made up at the end of the original session date or original class time may be extended.
If multiple cancellations occur due to weather, classes will be made up during that session. Refunds are not issued for storm cancellations or instructors illness.

Please read carefully:

WAIVER: I understand there are risks involved in any recreational activity, program or event and I acknowledge that it is my choice to participate or register myself in such activity with the assumption of those risks . I hereby release North Woodside Community Centre and its employee’s, agents and volunteers from any claim whatsoever from my participation in any activity, program or event conducted by the North Woodside Community Centre as stated above.
